How I choose怎么选项目

Three questions before a new brand.开新品牌前的三个问题。

Can it be made properly at a small scale?小规模也能做好吗？

If quality only works at mass volume, it is not the right first product for me.如果只有大规模才能保证质量，那它不适合做我的第一个产品。

Does it have a real reason to exist?它存在的理由真实吗？

A cheaper version of an existing product is not a reason.把现有产品做得更便宜，不算理由。

Can it be sold outside China?能卖到中国以外吗？

Specs, compliance, packaging and support have to work for export from the start.规格、合规、包装和售后，从第一天就要按出口来做。
