Are these real aramid fiber?這些是真的芳綸纖維嗎？
Yes. Aramid cases weigh 11–13 g and are 0.65–0.75 mm thick. You can verify both with a kitchen scale and a caliper.是。芳綸殼重 11–13 克、厚 0.65–0.75 毫米，你用廚房磅和卡尺就能自己驗證。
Do they work with wireless charging?支援無線充電嗎？
Yes. Aramid and polycarbonate do not block the magnetic field. All models ship with an N52 magnet array aligned to the charging coil.支援。芳綸與 PC 不會阻擋磁場。所有型號都內置對齊充電線圈的 N52 磁石環。
Will the leather case protect my phone?皮革殼能保護手機嗎？
It absorbs everyday knocks well because of the TPU frame, but it is not a rugged case. For drops onto concrete from height, choose Shield.因為有 TPU 內框，日常碰撞沒問題，但它不是防摔殼。從高處摔到水泥地，請選防摔系列。
Which phones do you support?支援哪些手機型號？

How long does shipping take?運送要多久？
Dispatch depends on the tier, then express courier adds 3–5 business days to the UK, EU, US, Japan and the Gulf, and 5–10 business days elsewhere. Shipping is free and insured worldwide, and duties are shown at checkout rather than billed on arrival.出貨時間視層級而定；之後快遞寄英國、歐盟、美國、日本同海灣地區加 3–5 個工作天，其他地區 5–10 個工作天。全球免運並投保，關稅在結帳時顯示，唔會到貨才收。
Can I return it?可以退貨嗎？

What is the warranty?保修幾久？
Entry 2 years, Core 3 years, Bespoke and Commission 5 years, against manufacturing defects including edge and stitch failure. Repairs are available for the life of the piece at cost, because a hand-made case can be re-stitched and re-edged where a moulded one cannot.入門 2 年、核心 3 年、訂造同委託 5 年，涵蓋非人為製造瑕疵，包括邊位同縫線失效。作品存續期內可按成本維修——手做嘅殼可以重縫、重做邊位，壓模嘅唔可以。

Why are your prices higher than a normal phone case?為什麼價格比一般手機殼高？
Because they are made by hand, one at a time, and the price is the hours. A $20 case is moulded in seconds; an Entry build takes under an hour at a bench and a commission takes eight to twenty. We publish the four tiers — $119 – $149, $189 – $259, $349 – $590 and $1,200 – $4,500 — and what you get at each one, so you can decide whether the hours are worth it to you.因為係逐件手做，價格就係工時。20 美元的殼幾秒鐘就壓出來；入門款在工作檯上要接近一小時，一次性委託要八到二十小時。我們公開四層價——119–149、189–259、349–590 同 1,200–4,500 美元——以及每一層換到啲乜，你可以自己判斷呢啲工時值唔值。
