Every slot below currently reads “No stream scheduled”. We have not embedded a placeholder stream, and there are no channel links or stream IDs anywhere on this page. The site is static, so it will never originate a stream itself: each slot will embed a workshop's own YouTube Live player once that workshop is open and its channel is set up. The markup already accepts any platform's embed, so nothing here needs rebuilding later.下面每一格目前都係「暫無直播」。我們冇嵌入任何假直播，本頁亦冇任何頻道連結或 stream id。網站係靜態托管，本身永遠唔會發起直播：等工坊開業、頻道開好之後，每一格會嵌入該工坊自己嘅 YouTube Live 播放器。版面本身已經接受到任何平台嘅嵌入碼，日後唔需要重做。
Thirteen slots: the eleven partner countries, plus Hong Kong as the centre and the Spain base the founder has confirmed. A slot shows a player only while that workshop is actually streaming, and today none of them is.十三個格：十一個合夥人國家，加香港中心，再加創辦人已確認嘅西班牙據點。工坊真正開播嘅時候，個格才會出現播放器；今日一個都未開播。
A network this wide spans many time zones, so every slot is listed twice: the workshop's own local time, and Hong Kong time as the single reference point. The time zone abbreviation is always shown, because “4pm” on its own is meaningless across a network this wide.一個咁闊嘅網絡橫跨好多個時區，所以每一場都列兩次：工坊當地時間，同香港時間——香港係唯一嘅共同參考點。時區代號一律寫明，因為在一個咁闊嘅網絡裡面，淨寫「下午四點」等於冇寫。

Short recordings of single operations. A livestream is long and mostly quiet; a clip is one cut, one technique, two to five minutes. We will publish clips before we publish streams, because a clip is easier for a craftsman to make and easier for you to watch.單一工序嘅短錄影。直播好長，而且大部分時間都好靜；短片就係一刀、一種手法、兩至五分鐘。我們會先出短片，後出直播——因為短片對工匠嚟講容易拍，對你嚟講亦容易睇。
Five things, none of them technical. If you can make a case, you can do this.五樣嘢，冇一樣係技術問題。你做到一個殼，就做到呢件事。
The rear camera on any phone made in the last five years is better than the webcam we would buy you. Shoot landscape so the bench fits the frame.近五年出嘅任何一部手機，後鏡都好過我們買畀你嘅 webcam。橫向拍，先裝得落整張工作檯。
A tripod, a clamp or a shelf above the bench. Anything that stops the camera moving when you work. This matters more than camera quality.三腳架、夾具，或者工作檯上方嘅層板。只要令部機喺你工作時唔會郁。呢樣比鏡頭質素重要。
Put the light between the camera and your hands, never behind the work. One window or one lamp is enough. Shadows across the piece are what make a stream unwatchable.把光放在鏡頭同你雙手之間，唔好放喺工件後面。一個窗或者一盞燈就夠。工件上有陰影，就係直播最難睇嘅原因。
A stable connection matters more than a fast one. Test a five-minute private stream before you go public; if it drops, lower the quality rather than moving the bench.穩定比快重要。公開之前，先做一次五分鐘嘅私人測試直播；如果斷線，降低畫質，唔好搬張檯。
A YouTube account in the workshop's name, with the country in the channel title. Send us the channel URL and we add it to your slot. No password ever changes hands.用工坊名義開一個 YouTube 帳號，頻道名要有國家。把頻道網址發給我們，我們就接入你嘅格。任何情況下都唔需要交出密碼。
Stream the work, not the sales pitch. No prices on camera, no customer names, no other brand's products in frame. A stream that turns into an advertisement is worse than no stream at all.拍工序，唔好拍推銷。鏡頭前唔講價、唔提客人名、唔出其他品牌嘅產品。一場變成廣告嘅直播，比冇直播更差。
